All delivery orders must be pre-paid at checkout by credit card or E-Transfer. Kaya Connection accepts all major credit cards and does not store any personal information.

Select your preferred Payment Method and click Submit Order to complete your purchase.
** Any orders with missing info will be contacted via email to complete order; orders that continue to have missing info will be canceled after 48 hours.
All orders placed between Friday 3pm and Monday 9am or on statutory holidays will be dealt with on the next Canada Post business day.

You will receive a notification when the delivery driver and your order are on their way and then another notification when they are getting close to you. The order deadline for SAME DAY SERVICE is 6PM. Orders made after 6PM will be delivered the next day.
For all other deliveries we use Canada Post. Delivery times can vary from 2-4 business days.
For Same Day Service your chosen time window is closely followed but not guaranteed. We know that you’re busy and dont want you to be waiting around for us. We will do our BEST to deliver when you need it. If your chosen time window cannot be adhered to, you will be contacted to reschedule. Notifications are sent when the driver is leaving and when he is close to arrival.
Canada Post delivery times depend on how far the parcel has to ship and when the order is placed. Canada Post is only open on business days so if you order on a weekend or holiday, your parcel won’t be sent until the next business day.
Yes!! You will be provided with tracking information to ensure that you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.

Yes!! Please meet your delivery driver at the front door of the confirmed address with your ID and the Credit Card used for the purchase.
If you paid by e-transfer, you may be asked to show proof of payment sent. By the time of delivery, our in-store staff will have already confirmed receipt of your payment, so this step simply serves as an extra safeguard to ensure your order is being handed to the correct person.
Yes!! However you will have to provide us with the name of the 19+ person that will be receiving the package PRIOR to the delivery time. And the package must be delivered to the address provided by the person ordering, the confirmed address.
